Tiny practice, big payoff: Side Crow (optional). Twist, plant hands, and shift weight forward. Start with ‘toe tips’ if needed. 3 tries each side and done. Nothing to prove.
- Make it easier: Keep toes on floor and just practice the setup.
- Make it stronger: Hold for 2–3 breaths.
