Supported Butterfly Fold (Baddha Konasana (supported))
Try it for: 2–4 minutes
Take Supported Butterfly Fold. Soles together, fold over support. Let hips relax at their own pace. If anything pinches or hurts, back off. Stay soft in the face.
- Make it easier: Blocks under knees.
- Make it stronger: Stay longer with soft jaw.
- Props: Bolster / blocks
