A little nervous system reset: Goddess Pose. Turn toes out and bend knees. Keep torso tall—think strong, not low. Keep it relaxed.

  • Make it easier: Stay higher and keep hands on hips.
  • Make it stronger: Pulse 5 times, then hold.
