Pose of the Day
Supine Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose (Supta Padangusthasana)
Try it for: 8 breaths each side
Tiny practice, big payoff: Supine Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose. Strap is your friend. Keep both hips heavy and the raised leg as straight as comfortable. 8 breaths each side and done. Add a tiny challenge if you want. If it feels good: Open the raised leg out to the side for a few breaths.
- Make it easier: Bend the raised knee.
- Make it stronger: Open the raised leg out to the side for a few breaths.
- Props: Strap
