Pose of the Day
Forearm Side Plank
Try it for: 3–5 breaths each side
Tiny practice, big payoff: Forearm Side Plank. Forearm down, shoulder stacked. Lift hips and keep waist long. 3–5 breaths each side and done. Add a tiny challenge if you want. If it feels good: Top leg lifts or reach top arm overhead.
- Make it easier: Bottom knee down.
- Make it stronger: Top leg lifts or reach top arm overhead.
- Props: None
Listen to your body. If anything hurts (sharp pain, pinching, numbness), back off or skip it. If you're working with an injury or are pregnant, check with a qualified professional.
