Try it for: 8 breaths each side
Meet yourself where you are: Deer Pose (90/90). Both knees bent, shins angled. Sit tall and let hips unwind. Take 8 breaths each side. Take the version you can breathe in.
- Make it easier: Sit on a blanket.
- Make it stronger: Fold forward over front shin.
- Props: Blanket
