A little nervous system reset: Cat-Cow. Move with your breath—inhale to arch, exhale to round. Keep it smooth and easy. Keep it relaxed.

  • Make it easier: Make the movement smaller.
  • Make it stronger: Pause 2 breaths in each shape.
  • Props: Blanket under knees (optional)
