Cat-Cow (Marjaryasana/Bitilasana)
Try it for: 8 slow rounds
A little nervous system reset: Cat-Cow. Move with your breath—inhale to arch, exhale to round. Keep it smooth and easy. Keep it relaxed.
- Make it easier: Make the movement smaller.
- Make it stronger: Pause 2 breaths in each shape.
- Props: Blanket under knees (optional)
