Banana Pose (supine side stretch)
Try it for: 8 breaths each side
If you do one thing today, make it Banana Pose (supine side stretch). Lie down and scoot feet + shoulders to one side like a banana. Breathe into side body. Stay soft in the face.
- Make it easier: Keep knees bent.
- Make it stronger: Cross ankles and stretch arms overhead.
