Supine Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose day. Strap is your friend. Keep both hips heavy and the raised leg as straight as comfortable. If it feels wobbly, that’s normal—just keep breathing. Take the version you can breathe in.
- Make it easier: Bend the raised knee.
- Make it stronger: Open the raised leg out to the side for a few breaths.
