Boat Twist (Parivrtta Navasana)
Try it for: 3 breaths each side
Take Boat Twist. Lift chest, twist from ribs, and keep legs steady (or bent). If anything pinches or hurts, back off. Stay soft in the face.

- Make it stronger: Straighten legs and hold longer.
