Try it for: 5–8 breaths each side
Tiny practice, big payoff: Tree Pose. Press foot into inner leg and inner leg back into foot—like two friends high‑fiving. 5–8 breaths each side and done. Props are a power move today. Grab wall if you want.
- Make it easier: Keep toes on the floor as a kickstand.
- Make it stronger: Arms overhead or close your eyes for a breath or two.
