Yoga By The Day (YBTD) is a way for Yogi’s across the world to find a Yoga insights, articles, lessons, and teachings to enhance their spiritual, mental, and physical practice. The concept is simple, Yoga is as much a practice of improvement as it is growth, so it is important to expand and revisit your practice and journey regularly. You can’t overpractice Ahimsa or Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose) for example, so we may touch on these several times in different capacities.

This is meant to be a fun and entertaining course; try not to take this so seriously that you begin to criticize or struggle with your practice. At the true center of Yoga, the journey truly is the most important part; so don’t worry about losing your balance, your patience, or even your desire to continue. Just remind yourself that is part of the lesson, 15 minutes a day of mindfulness and intention setting will help you build the commitment to return your practice when you need it.
